02 — How we work
The same sequence on every order, whether it is a 500-piece trial or a full container. You always know which step you are on and what happens next.

Send a specification, a photo, a sample, or just a category. We come back within one business day with feasibility and a realistic price band — not a placeholder number.

Tooling cost and sample lead time are quoted up front. We photograph and measure the sample before it ships, so you approve what actually exists.

Production is monitored on site. Pre-shipment inspection runs to AQL 2.5 as standard, or to whatever level your buyer specifies.

Commercial invoice, packing list, test reports and certificate of origin prepared before the container closes. FOB, CIF or DDP.
03 — Documentation
A container that clears customs but fails a retailer's compliance audit is still a loss. Durable goods and connected devices carry far more paperwork than accessories do — these are the documents we prepare as a matter of routine, not on request.
04 — Why an office in Henan
Our factories are within a day's drive. When a decision has to be made on the factory floor, we go and stand on it rather than ask for another set of photos.
A share of the specifications we receive is not a good fit for the factories we actually work with. We say so in the first reply, before you pay for a sample.
One person answers your emails, in English or German. We hold 15:00–23:00 Beijing time open, which is the whole European working day.
05 — How we are paid
Every engagement is quoted in writing before work starts, so you know the full cost of the service before you commit to a factory. Nothing is added to an invoice that was not agreed beforehand.
